After this morning exposure of the contempt for fans by the club, brought to our attention by Love Leeds Hate Bates it seems the club had a little rethink.

Our friends at Love Leeds Hate Bates have spotted a bit of a sly move by the club with regard to the replay against Spurs, one that not only undermines the members card scheme but also looks like another kick in the teeth for the loyal supporter. As they were gracious enough to mention us I’ll do it back (although I do wish they would sort their own News Now account out and therefore we wouldn’t need to point towards their pieces).

Clarkeonenil’s position remains the only priority scheme that can be justified is holding a season ticket. Whilst we oppose the members club in principle we think the club should at least respect it once they take peoples cash!

We noticed this piece of story digging out on the site of our friends at Love Leeds Hate Bates. We are not too sure which is worse, that Ridsdale likes Bates or that he has the nerve to suggest he in entitled to decide who “is a footballing man”. The rest of the article is classic Ridsdale denial.
